FAQ’s

WILL I RECEIVE ANYTHING IN THE MAIL?

No! All of my products are digital files that are delivered electronically via download links. You will not receive a physical product in the post.

WHAT PAPER SHOULD I USE TO PRINT?

My templates are formatted to print on US Letter size paper but they will also print perfectly on A4. If you are printing at home I recommend a heavyweight bright white paper or card stock for best results. A bright paper will result in a crisp colourful print, slightly off white and the print may appear dull. Always perform a test print and adjust your printer accordingly.

CAN I PRINT THE FILES OUT AT A LARGER SIZE?

No, my files will only be able to be printed at their original size and not at a larger size. If you wish to print your files at a larger size, please contact me for a quote.

CAN I PRINT AT A PHOTO LAB?

No, my files are not JPGs and cannot be printed at a photo lab as a photo.

CAN I PRINT AT A COPY SHOP?

Yes, you can print your files at a copy shop such as Staples, Office Max, Office Depot, etc. 

CAN I PRINT OFF JUST A FEW PAGES OF MY PURCHASE?

Yes! You can print individual pages, it will be down to your individual printer settings, but you should have the option to select the range of pages you wish to print.

WILL THE ITEM PRINT EXACTLY THE SAME COLOUR THAT I SEE ON MY COMPUTER?

Generally you will see some variation in the final print as each computer monitor, printer setup and paper will effect the outcome. Always perform a test print and adjust your printer accordingly.

CAN I USE MY SILHOUETTE, CRICUT (OR SIMILAR) CUTTING MACHINE?

No, my designs are not formatted for any cutting machine.

WHAT IS CORJL?

I use an online editing software package called Corjl which allows me to offer customisable treasure hunts.  When you place an order for one of these products you will be sent an email from Corjl with a link to access your purchase.  Registering with Corjl is 100% Free and you can edit your file on a laptop computer or phone.

WHAT IS CANVA?

I use an online editing software package called Canva which allows me to offer customisable products.  When you place an order for one of these  you will be sent an email from LockPaperEscape with a link to access your template.  Registering with Canva is 100% Free!  

CAN I FORWARD MY PURCHASE TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY FOR THEM TO USE?

Please do play the games with friends and family but do not distribute them for other to play, but respect the time and effort it takes to create my games.  I would love for you to refer them to my shop so they can discover some great games and ideas for themselves.

CAN I RESELL YOUR PRODUCTS

No! Commercial use is not permitted, You cannot resell any of my printable’s in digital or printed version.

I AM A PARTY PLANNER CAN I BUY YOUR TEMPLATE TO USE FOR MY CUSTOMERS?

My printables are for non commercial, personal use only. Please do not purchase my items for this purpose but contact me to discus a collaboration.
